Skylark is an assisted living and memory care community. Located on the campus of Mountain Meadows Retirement Community in Ashland, Oregon, it is set amidst the Cascade and Siskiyou mountains. Skylark is designed for adults who need some support in their daily lives.

 We provide a full range of personal care services in the privacy of residents' own apartments, a host of social activities, and a number of housing options.
