Shipping policy

Free U.S. shipping on all orders!

We believe in doing our part to reduce waste and re-use materials. Whenever possible, your item(s) will be mailed in salvaged packaging. We encourage you to keep the cycle going and re-use these materials yourself, or recycle them!

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.

All orders will ship with tracking, which will be emailed once your label is created. If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder and ensure the email is correct on the order. 

Please note that incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in your parcel being returned, lost or abandoned. Customer is responsible for any subsequent return parcel fees or lost parcels.

Skylark Place is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. Please work with the shipping carrier if this occurs.
